Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari tiga nilai penting yang sangat erat kaitannya dengan pengembangan café di Indonesia khususnya Surabaya tiga poin tersebut adalah in-store customer experience (pengalaman konsumen di dalam toko) yang mempengaruhi store satisfaction (kepuasan konsumen di dalam toko) dan store loyalty (loyalitas toko). Penelitian ini diklarifikasikan dalam jenis penelitian kausal dan bersifat konklusif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif , convencience sampling menggunakan kuesioner online.
