PERENCANAAN SUKSESI PADA PERUSAHAAN KELUARGA PT. INDORAYA SEKAYE DI SURABAYA

Abstract


Trend yang sering dijumpai pada perusahaan – perusahaan keluarga di dunia adalah generasi pertama sebagai pelopor, generasi kedua menikmati, dan generasi ketiga sebagai generasi yang menghancurkan. Agar perusahaan tersebut mampu bertahan dan bahkan berkembang, maka diperlukan perencanaan suksesi. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu PT. Indoraya Sekaye. Obyek penelitian ini adalah perencanaan suksesi dari family system, management system, dan ownership system. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualiatif, yang menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Dalam menetapkan narasumber, peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber untuk menguji keabsahan data. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah perencanaan suksesi pada PT. Indoraya Sekaye dilakukan secara non formal dan tidak terstruktur. Perencanaan suksesi ini mencakup tiga sistem keluarga yaitu sistem keluarga (family), sistem manajemen (management), dan sistem kepemilikan (ownership) dimana ketiga sistem tersebut sudah cukup baik dan saling berkolerasi satu dengan yang lain. PT. Indoraya Sekaye diharapkan dapat mengembangkan metode lebih lanjut untuk mengembangkan perusahaannya di level multi nasional.
