Abstract


Dunia pekerjaan merupakan salah satu tahap yang pastinya akan dihadapi oleh semua orang. Generasi yang akan memasuki dunia pekerjaan selanjutnya adalah generasi Z yang memiliki sifat yang sangat berbeda dengan generasi sebelumnya. Karena perbedaan tersebut maka untuk mempersiapkan generasi Z yang akan masuk dalam dunia pekerjaan, perlu adanya media yang dapat memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh generasi Z terutama mengenai softskill. Melalui video game berbentuk visual novel sebagai media edukasi maka diharapkan perancangan ini dapat memberikan informasi untuk mempersiapkan generasi Z dalam memasuki dunia pekerjaan.
