Komitmen Manajemen Puncak dan Keterlibatan Manajemen Menengah dengan Moderasi Sertifikasi dalam Keberhasilan Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu (Studi Kasus di Perusahaan Keluarga)

Abstract


Dalam tesis ini dibahas masalah keberhasilan penerapan sistem manajemen mutu dengan objek penelitian pada perusahaan yang dimiliki dan dikelola oleh keluarga di bidang manufaktur di Surabaya yang sudah bersertifikat ISO 9001:2008. Tujuan penelitian adalah menguji pengaruh komitmen manajemen puncak, komitmen manajemen puncak dengan intervening keterlibatan manajemen menengah, komitmen manajemen puncak dengan moderating sertifikasi terhadap keberhasilan penerapan SMM. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan penelitian kausal. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Non Probability Sampling yaitu Judgment Sampling / Purposive Sampling. Data diperoleh dengan cara Kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan hubungan komitmen manajemen puncak dengan intervening keterlibatan manajemen menengah dengan adanya keberhasilan penerapan SMM dan sertifikasi berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan dengan keberhasilan penerapan SMM.
