Analisa Pengaruh Komitmen Manajemen terhadap Competitive Advantage Perusahaan melalui Supplier Buyer Relationship dan Implementasi Just in Time

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh adanya komitmen manajemen terhadap competitive advantage melalui supplier buyer relationship dan implementasi just in time. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Jumlah responden yang digunakan sebesar 62 perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam bidang kosmetik dan farmasi dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengujian data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data terdiri dari teknik statistic descriptive dan multivariate. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen manajemen dari perusahaan manufaktur kosmetik dan farmasi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap competitive advantage perusahaan, namun harus melalui sinergitas dengan supplier dan implementasi just in time akan tercapai competitive advantage yang baik dari perusahaan manufaktur kosmetik dan farmasi.

This study examined whether management commitment influence competitive advantage through supplier buyer relationship and just in time implementation. This study used quantitative causal research method. The number of respondents was 62 cosmetic and pharmacy manufacturer with purposive sampling technique. Testing technique of data used validity and reliability testing. Also, the technique of data analysis consisted of descriptive and multivariate statistic technique. The results of this study indicate that the management commitment of cosmetics and pharmaceutical manufacturing companies does not directly affect the company's competitive advantage, but must synergize with suppliers and just in time implementation to achieve good competitive advantage from cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
