Membangun Trust di Dalam Online Supply Chain

Abstract


Online supply chain merupakan suatu proses bisnis yang terintegrasi secara online sehingga memudahkan seluruh pihak yang terlibat didalamnya yang meliputi aliran material, informasi, keuangan, dan lain-lain. Namun kekurangan dalam menerapkan sistem ini adalah dimana konsumen harus mempertimbangkan ketidakpastian dan resiko jika dibandingkan dengan transaksi jual beli secara offline (tatap muka). Oleh karena itu, faktor penting yang dibutuhkan dalam sistem ini adalah kepercayaan konsumen. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa partner reputation dan perceptions of web yang berpengaruh cukup besar dalam tingkat kepercayaan konsumen di Indonesia.

Online supply chain is an integrated business process online making it easier for all parties involved including the flow of material, information, finance, and others. However, shortcomings in implementing this system is where consumers must consider the uncertainty and risk when compared with buying and selling offline (face to face). Therefore, the important factor is needed in this system is consumer trust. The results indicate that the partner's reputation and the perceptions of web influential enough in the level of consumer confidence in Indonesia.
